I love your sweets! Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
That’s great! What does it cost to ship?
Shipping within Ireland is €9.00, (An Post Priority tracked) Shipping worldwide is €16.95
Shipping costs may vary if you place a larger order. We will confirm all shipping costs before your order is confirmed.
We do offer a deliver service (distance depending) for €10.00. Collection is always available.
I have placed my order, how long do I have to wait before my sweet treats arrive?
We ask that you give us a minimum of 5 working days to process orders. As we customise every order to your specific requirements, including, preferred sweets, treat colours, personalised stickers & labelling and matching ribbons etc, this usually takes a few days to create. We take time to make sure each and every item not only looks perfect, but tastes delicious too, by only using the best quality and popular brand name sweets.
Generally we ship orders within 1 working week of receiving them however in some cases this may take us a little bit longer.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and confirmation is sent on Mondays (except for Bank Holidays)
Shipping within Ireland is generally within 2 working days of the package leaving our shop
Shipping to UK & Europe can take anywhere from 2-7 working days

How will my order arrive?
We ship most of our orders via An Post Parcel Service which offers a track & track service which will require a signature.
All of our hampers arrive in cardboard gift boxes which will be wrapped in cellophane to protect against the elements.
I love your sweets but want more information on ingredients. Do you have any information on this?
We have an ingredient list of most of our sweets available to reference. We offer Vegan, Gluten free and Halal products.
This all sounds great but I am having trouble with my order! What can I do?

I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email! What happened?
Once you place an order with us, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have listed with your order. Sometimes these emails end up in Spam or Junk mail folders so please check these as your email could be filed in there. If you can’t locate your order confirmation email then get in touch and we will be happy to help with any queries you may have.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once we receive your order form with all your specific order details, we will send you an invoice, confirming all the personalsied order details, and order amount. We require deposits on all orders, (usually €30 per package/order).. Your order is not confirmed until you send said deposit.
Payment options are Revolut, Paypal, or for order of €200 and above an payment link is sent via email.
